Scope Of Work
Develop a multilingual mobile app and web-based dealer portal that enables machine owners/operators to manage machines, services, inquiries, documents, and telematics, while allowing admins to manage users, machines, service/inquiry workflows, and notifications efficiently.
Challenges
Ensuring seamless real-time sync between the mobile app and dealer portal, handling multilingual content (English/Swedish), integrating WordPress APIs reliably, and maintaining data consistency and security across machines, users, and service records can pose technical and architectural challenges.
This project aimed to transform how machine owners and operators manage their equipment and support services. We developed a multilingual mobile app and an intuitive dealer portal that streamline machine onboarding, service requests, document handling, and telematics insights.
Our team worked closely with the client to ensure a seamless experience across mobile and web platforms, integrating Telematics & D365 APIs for real-time machine data. The result is a robust, user-centric system that simplifies operations and enhances visibility for both users and administrators.
